The New Orleans Police Department issued an arrest warrant on Thursday for Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.
A video has spread like wildfire of OBJ slapping the butt of a security guard in the LSU locker room after the team’s Championship victory.
The security guard filed a complaint with the New Orleans Police Department on the matter.
