Coming into this game the Colts’ opponents had a combined win total of 1. That 1 win coming against the Colts in the first week of the season. So, hitting the road to take on an undefeated team easily presented the biggest challenge for the team so far this season.

The Bears have had a roller coaster of a season already and decided to go with Nick Foles as the starting quarterback for the first time this season. With the way the Colts defense has been playing it didn’t matter who was going to be under center. The defense dominated the rushing and the passing game. No one for the Bears rushed for more than 27 yards and Foles was held to 249 yards and threw an interception. A passing touchdown late in the game was the only time the Bears found the endzone.

The offense didn’t need to do much in this game. Rivers only threw for 190 yards but did find Mo Allie-Cox again for a touchdown in the first quarter, which was the only touchdown for Indy in this one. Rookie kicker Rodrigo Blankenship went 4-4.

The Colts improve to 3-1 on the season and head to Cleveland next to take on the 3-1 Browns.
