To start the season Colts fans everywhere had high hopes. The defense got stronger and the offense added new weapons, including a new guy under center. Then week 1 happened and all of those hopes were quickly shattered, but after two dominating performances fans are starting to piece those high hopes back together.

This one was never really close. A pick-6 on the first drive of the game really set the tone early. The Jets would go right down the field on their next drive but after that it was all Colts. A balanced offense moved the ball down the field with ease and anytime you can get two touchdowns and a safety from your defense you’re going to have a good day.

Rivers finished the game 17-21 throwing with 217 yards and a touchdown to Mo Allie-Cox for the 2nd straight week. Jonathan Taylor had a lighter load this week rushing for 59 yards on 13 carries and adding a touchdown as well.

The Colts move to 2-1 on the season in their 36-7 win over the New York Jets. The Colts will head to Chicago for their next game against the undefeated Bears.
